Cameron Williams is a writer based in Melbourne. He wrote Slow Lane for ABC Radio National’s anthology series Untrue Romance, participated in a writers’ room for Highview Productions (The Tourist) and completed development work at For Pete’s Sake Productions (The Heights). He has a comedy series in development with Infinity Hill (Staged, Argentina 1985) and a middle-grade sci-fi/action novel in search of a publisher. His adult animation script The Cranks made the shortlist for the AWG’s John Hinde Award for Excellence in Science-Fiction Writing (2022) and his dramatic comedy Mum Fell Off the Roof was shortlisted for the 2024 Emerging Writers’ Awards.
