Charlotte George has been a professional writer and director for almost 20 years. In 2011 she was the online director for EastEnders: E20 (BBC3) and went on to direct Electronic Press Kits for many highprofile UK drama series. Charlotte was then selected for a Channel 4/Directors UK scheme on Hollyoaks and directed 4 episodes, before taking time out to have a baby in 2018. Charlotte recently filmed an episode of the new Netflix/Werner Productions YA show Surviving Summer along the Great Ocean Road. Her latest comedy short, Assets, has been selected for numerous film festivals and won awards. As a writer, Charlotte has a feature film in development, Bird, supported by Screen Ireland & Creative Europe, as well as a TV comedy, Invisible, and other original projects. She is a regular contributor to US comedy/history podcast The Dollop and writes satirical sketches for A Rational Fear.
