Dulce Aguilar is an independent Filipino-Australian producer who hails from the streets of Western Sydney.
Born and raised in Blacktown, NSW, Dulce was raised by her Filipino migrant parents. With almost a decade of experience in advertising, film/TV and online spaces, Dulce has produced commercial content for high-end corporate brands.
Through her production company Nuh! Productions, Dulce has created work including her multi-disciplinary series Welcome to the Family, which aired on Channel 31.
Dulce also produced and directed the short film My Stomach is a Dartboard, which aired on ABC iView and produced the award-winning short film Whispers which has travelled festivals around Australia.
Dulce is now focusing on collaborating, producing and writing content that shine a spotlight on her Filipino culture and explore the themes of mixed cultural identity and what it means to be Australian.
