Hannah Grace Fulton

Hannah Grace Fulton is a writer and creative producer from Far North Queensland with a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Drama and Film & TV (The University of Queensland).

She’s completed a note-taking workshop with Libby Butler through Screen Queensland, and was recently selected as a participant for the Australian Writers’ Guild’s First Break program, which up-skills writers as note-takers and script coordinators.

Hannah has strong script literacy skills nurtured across multiple funded development programs. She was the lead writer on the short film Tullywell through Screen Queensland’s FISS program (Film Intensive Script to Screen), and co-wrote the short It’s Time, which won Best Narrative at the Understory Film Festival 2024. In 2024 she was selected for Screen Queensland’s Channel Lab: Short Cuts to develop the vertical series Shin Splints, released in 2025. Her writing process is very collaborative and she’s comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Beyond her writing credits, Hannah has a background in marketing, producing and project coordination. She co-founded The General Public Productions in 2016, where she has co-written, co-produced, and managed creative projects from development through to delivery, including the stage production HOT MESS (Kings Cross Theatre, 4-star TimeOut review) and the award-winning show Noughty Girls (Adelaide Fringe: Best Emerging Artist Award, 2018). She has also trained at The Second City in Chicago and attended the Regional to Global Screen Forum through Screenworks’ New Kids on the Block program.

In true Capricorn fashion, Hannah is a highly organised individual with impeccable communication skills, and she’s keen to bring her skillset and creative process to a writers’ room.
