Lachlan Roberts (he/him) is a screenwriter living in Melbourne, Australia.
He is interested in character-driven stories that explore and critique masculine ideals of stoicism and mateship.
A graduate of RMIT’s Advanced Diploma of Professional Screenwriting, Lachlan was awarded an RMIT Screenwriting Departure Fellowship upon completion of his studies.
In 2026, he was selected for the RMIT – ACMI X Residency, where he is developing a slate of projects, including his Australian crime drama television series Spitting.
