Michael Miller co-created the latest ABC prime time series Pulse (with Kris Wyld), for which he script produced and wrote, as he did the first series of Cleverman for ABC/The Sundance Channel, receiving a 2015 AWGIE nomination and the John Hinde Award for Science Fiction.
That year Michael also won an AACTA Award for the Seven hit production, Peter Allen – Not the Boy Next Door.
His additional credits include Mighty Mustangs, The Doctor Blake Mysteries, House Husbands and The Time of Our Lives. His first co-created show was ABC’s Love is a Four Letter Word, written with veteran screenwriter Shelley Birse. After winning an AWGIE for Best Screenplay at just 24, he has won two since, with several Logie, AFI and NSW and Qld Premier’s Literary Award nominations.
Michael won the AWG’s annual John Hinde Award for science fiction in 2016.
