Robyn is a graduate of the RMIT Professional Screenwriting Program and is on the Film Victoria Writer Placements Register. In addition to her own screenwriting she works as a French/English translator specialising in the screen industry (scripts, bibles, pitch documents, sub-titles). She has several film and TV projects advancing through development:
Minding Gavin – Comedy feature. Producer: Ruby Entertainment. Status: following Screen Australia Story Development funding, attaching director and key cast.
Learning to Swear in French – Comedy drama romance feature. Producer: Harvest Entertainment. Director: Kate Woods. Status: attaching key cast.
Shark Bay – French/Australian drama series co-written with Thomas Le Hir. Producer: Ruby Entertainment. Status: Writer Jub Clerc attached for the next stage of story development. Following shortlisting for the 2019 edition of Cannes Series In Development and an invitation to Robyn to pitch the project to French producers at MIPTV, the series, also shortlisted for the Sundance Episodic Storytelling Lab, is currently attaching a French co-producer.

Quintessence – Female-driven dramedy series. The pilot script gained Robyn entry onto the Film Victoria Writer Placements Register. Status: finalising story development financing and attaching producer.
Quiver – Female-driven psychological crime drama series. Status: attaching producer.
Cut Me! – Horror comedy feature co-written with Boris Trbic. Semi-finalist LA. Screenplay Comp. Development status: attaching producer.
Emilie ma fille – French/Australian drama feature co-written with Thomas Le Hir. Development status: story development.
Knotted – Comedy web series. Status: story development.
Robyn was one of four writers commissioned for the short film project Short Back and Sides, an Open Channel/Department of Veteran’s Affairs production for the ANZAC Centenary. Other short scripts have had success: Balls (Winner FAW Writers Awards and Finalist Canadian Short Screenplay Comp) and David (Finalist Canadian Short Screenplay Comp and Finalist FAW Writers Awards).
Robyn has interned in the script department of City Homicide (Seven Network). She brings to her writing a rich background as a producer, performer and policy maker in the domains of theatre, music, radio, design and technology.
