Teigan Isobel

Teigan Isobel is a writer with a keen interest in developing content for the family market. She is greatly inspired by the likes of Disney, Pixar, and DreamWorks and is passionate about creating magical moments like those she grew up with as a child.

She has been a quarterfinalist and semi-finalist in numerous international screenwriting competitions and in 2019 she was awarded a writing scholarship with the Rocaberti Writers’ Retreat in France. Here she was mentored by Hollywood writers in Miles Copeland’s 18th century chateau. In 2020 she was awarded another writing scholarship as part of the Reading is Fundamental program, which promotes children’s literacy in the USA. She will be attending the Cape Cod Writers Retreat in Massachusetts in 2021.

Teigan was longlisted for the John Hinde award in 2019 and currently holds Graduate Diplomas in Film & Television, Linguistics, and Theatre Production. She has also worked as an associate producer and her first feature film Twisted Minds was produced by an independent Perth production company. Teigan currently works for Village Roadshow and splits her time between Perth and Melbourne.
